Duty Manager

Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for the hospitality industry? Mandoon Estate, home to the bustling Homestead Brewery, is on the lookout for a dedicated and hands-on Duty Manager to contribute to the success of our iconic 400-seat casual dining brewhouse, open seven days a week.

About the role:

This is a hands-on role which will consists of a combination of weekday and weekend work, mixed between lunch and dinner services. To excel in this role, applicants should have relevant experience in runninga shift within a busy environment, managing large bookings, and running services up to 200+ covers. The role includes:

Daily management of busy services across a combination of lunch and/or dinner services.

Leadership and mentorship of a large front of house team across bar and floor service.

Management and assistance of large tourism group bookings.

Cash handling and QR payment management.

Collaboration with a small team of Venue and Duty Mangers.

This role will also enable you to learn and grow in one of the busiest and most iconic tourism venues in Western Australia. Candidates that have a keen interest in boutique wine and craft beer would be advantageous.

Hold a WA Approved Manager card (and RSA).
