Warehouse Manager – Venlo

DSV is a global leader in transport and logistics. We are looking for a warehouse manager who will oversee the entire inbound, storage, and outbound activities of our automated warehouses in Venlo. You will work within an innovative environment, driving automation and digitalisation and continuously improving the supply‑chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead 1‑3 Team Leads/Supervisors and indirect team of 5‑45 warehouse staff.
• Coordinate logistics activities between your own department and other internal departments.
• Provide management information based on agreed targets and KPIs.
• Supervise execution in quality and quantitative terms, focusing on quality and security requirements, and implement corrective actions when deviations occur.

Qualifications

• Passion for logistics and ability to inspire others.
• Strong organisational skills with a forward‑thinking, solution‑oriented mindset.
• Several years of management experience in a logistics environment.
• Experience with automation in logistics is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English at all organisational levels.
