As a Warehouse Manager, you and your team, together with fellow Warehouse Managers, are responsible for all inbound, storage and outbound activities for our customers, as well as value-added logistics services. You will work in an innovative environment where automation and digitalization play a key role, helping to build the future of DSV: you’re on it.

How you do this? You are responsible for executing and continuously optimizing logistics processes within our warehouses. You ensure that production targets, quality standards, timelines, procedures and regulations are consistently met. You achieve this by:

• leading an average of 1 to 3 Team Leads/Supervisors and indirectly managing 5 to 45 warehouse employees;
• coordinating logistics activities within your own department and aligning them with other internal departments;
• providing management information based on agreed targets and KPIs;
• monitoring operational execution from both a qualitative and quantitative perspective, with a strong focus on quality and security requirements, and implementing corrective actions when necessary;
• initiating and embedding continuous improvement initiatives within our operational processes.

You bring

• a passion for logistics and the ability to inspire others with that passion;
• the ability to maintain an overview and think several steps ahead with a solution-oriented mindset;
• several years of leadership experience within a logistics environment;
• experience with logistics automation is considered a strong advantage;
• the ability to communicate at all levels in both Dutch and English.
