In this role, you won’t configure networks — instead, you’ll manage relationships, contracts, and risks tied to our global telecom infrastructure. Your mission: ensuring our agreements are secure, compliant, and aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrier Contract Audit & Optimization: Assess existing telecom infrastructure for control gaps and risks.
• Collaborate with procurement, legal, and operational risk teams to align contracts with bank standards.

• End-to-End Contract Lifecycle Management: Oversee renewals, negotiations, and deadlines for carrier agreements.
• Ensure contracts include service-level requirements (SLA, penalties, compliance clauses).

• Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Verify and document carrier compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
• Conduct third-party due diligence and risk assessments.

• Stakeholder & Vendor Relationships: Build strong partnerships with telecom carriers while maintaining independence.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams, procurement, and legal.
• Identify opportunities to optimize costs, performance, and resilience of telecom services.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in telecom infrastructure/services within a large, global organization (financial services preferred).
• Deep knowledge of carrier services (MPLS, SD-WAN, Ethernet, Dark Fiber, VoIP) and industry standards.
• Vendor management expertise: Negotiating contracts, managing SLAs, and mitigating risks.
• Commercial acumen: Ability to balance cost efficiency with service reliability.
• Collaborative mindset: Experience working with cross-functional teams (IT, legal, procurement).
• Regulatory awareness: Understanding of compliance requirements in banking/telecom.
