Service Manager/Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced professional who combines the capabilities of both a Service Manager and a Project Manager. Proactive individual who can take full ownership of their scope and operate independently. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and the ability to navigate both service management and delivery activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT services within the Content Supply Chain domain.
• Coordinate delivery activities and oversee the execution of business and technology initiatives.
• Work closely with business and technology stakeholders.
• Ensure high service quality and monitor service performance.
• Manage processes, incidents, and continuous improvement activities.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, governance requirements, and regulatory expectations.
• Identify risks and recommend optimization opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in roles combining Service Management, Project Management, or Delivery Management responsibilities.
• Good understanding of ITIL practices.
• Experience in Compliance, Governance, or process management.
• Ability to work independently and drive topics in a business - facing environment.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Experience within a Content Supply Chain environment is considered a plus.
