Job Overview

We are seeking a senior consultant in Finance Transformation for Alpha Financial Markets Consulting, based in Paris with frequent international travel.

Responsibilities

• Support financial departments in the transformation of their operating model, including evolution of organizations, processes and tools.
• Assist with investment accounting and support tools implementation such as BlackRock Solutions (Aladdin and eFront), SimCorp Dimension, SAP, Clearwater Analytics, etc.
• Handle accounting and consolidation in multi‑GAAP environments (IFRS, local GAAP).
• Participate in strategy consulting, business transformation, actuarial services and finance services for clients in the insurance market.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in consulting, audit firm or a leading financial institution within the insurance or financial services sector.
• Recognized expertise in finance, accounting (at least IFRS), investment accounting, IT strategy and data.
• Strong analytical, synthesis and prioritization skills; proactive and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Fluency in English and French at C1+ written and spoken; right to work in France and based in Paris.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary: €70 000 per year.
