PATRIZIA France currently manages assets totalling around EUR 1.2âŻbillion. These assets span core to valueâadd profiles, predominantly in Logistics, Offices and Retail. The French team is involved in acquisition, asset management, repositioning, (re)development and disposal of real estate.
Reporting to the Regional Head of Investment Management in France, the successful candidate will enhance portfolio performance through sustainable strategies and by leveraging PATRIZIAâs unique capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Sector focus: Logistics
- Develop strategic plans for portfolio assets, including ESG action plans, DCF/NPV calculations, scenario and holdâsell analysis
- Proactively manage valueâadd projects, including repurposing and repositioning of assets
- Optimise letting within the managed portfolio
- Monitor investment performance and relevant asset KPIs
- Assess risks and ensure compliance with legal and financial regulations
- Drive digital and technical innovation to enhance portfolio value
- Identify attractive investment opportunities and understand market trends
- Support sales and acquisition processes to achieve investment objectives
- Review and challenge valuations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Fund Managers and the ESG Team
- Steer and monitor external partners (Property Managers, Letting Agents, Lawyers, Consultants)
Key Requirements / Skills / Experience
- Masterâs degree in real estate, engineering or business economics (preferred)
- Minimum five yearsâ experience in real estate, with exposure to both transactions and asset management
- Strong quantitative skills; expertise in financial modelling for real estate
- Knowledge of local legislation applicable to real estate
- Excellent understanding of the French real estate market and relevant network
- Willingness to travel
- Strong communication and negotiation capabilities
- Resilient, wellâorganised, multiâtasker and team player
- Comfortable working in an evolving, international environment
- Proactive, flexible and assertive
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
