Junior Web Analyst / CRO Analyst

Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Web Analyst to join an e-commerce team working on high-traffic beauty brands.
This role is a good fit for someone who is analytical, curious, proactive, and wants to grow in web analytics, customer behavior analysis, and conversion optimization.
You do not need to know everything from day one. The most important thing is that you are willing to learn, ask good questions, look for patterns in data, and turn findings into practical recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze website and customer behavior using quantitative and qualitative data
- Help identify friction points across product pages, landing pages, cart, and checkout
- Monitor basic customer experience signals such as dead clicks, rage clicks, scroll depth, errors, and funnel drop-offs
- Support the team in preparing dashboards, reports, and simple data summaries
- Work closely with UX/UI, marketing, and business teams
- Help track website changes and releases to spot possible performance or UX issues
- Support CRO initiatives, including A/B test preparation, monitoring, and result analysis
- Learn how to translate data into clear insights and practical next steps
You do not need to have hands-on experience with all of these tools, but interest and willingness to learn them is important.
- Analytics and reporting: GA4, Google Looker Studio, Tableau
- UX behavior analytics: Microsoft Clarity
- E-commerce and data: Shopify, Segment, Snowflake
- Search analytics: Google Search Console, SEMrush
- Additional: SQL, Python
Requirements
- First experience or strong interest in web analytics, digital analytics, marketing analytics, CRO, UX analytics, or e-commerce
- Basic understanding of website metrics, conversion funnels, and customer behavior
- Basic knowledge of GA4
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work with data and explain findings in a simple, clear way
- Proactive approach and willingness to take ownership
- Good communication skills and ability to work with UX/UI, marketing, and business teams
- English level B2 or higher
Nice to have
- Experience with Looker Studio, Tableau, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, FullStory, or similar tools
- Basic SQL and/or Python knowledge
- Experience with e-commerce, Shopify, Segment, Snowflake, or similar platforms
- Interest in CRO, A/B testing, UX research, or customer behavior analysis
- Interest in beauty, consumer products, or DTC e-commerce
- Any portfolio, case study, university project, internship, or personal project related to analytics, marketing, UX, or e-commerce
Remote for now, with a hybrid model planned later, 1–2 days per week from the Kraków office.
