Role Summary

As a Jr. Research Analyst, you will be responsible for providing customer service. Your main objective will be to build trust with customers in terms of the quality of the information received through timely communication of changes, coverage analysis, methodological explanations and identification and monitoring of potential quality problems.

Responsibilities

  • Continuous communication with the client for application of changes
  • Coverage analysis, interpretation of results, presentation with client and follow‑up to actions triggered by said analysis
  • Client inquiry management: filtering, registration, monitoring, review, communication
  • Client order management: filtering, registration, monitoring, review, communication
  • Provide training to clients on NielsenIQ methodologies and variable calculation
  • Promotion of the use of technology

Qualifications

  • Education: Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Actuary or related fields
  • Desirable experience in companies related to market research, retailers or manufacturers of mass consumption, through professional practices or internship programs
  • Necessary skills: analysis and numerical ease, effective communication, creativity, organization and prioritization, taste for customer relations
  • Excel intermediate
  • English intermediate to advanced
