Occupational Health Nursing Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Know and monitor all clinical, occupational and administrative processes carried out in clients' on-site clinics
• Monitor and control the indicators generated by clinic consultations
• Coordinate the Salú nursing team assigned to absenteeism and employees on leave management
• Ensure coverage and continuity of daily routines during vacations, unplanned absences, scheduled days off, occasional coverage needs and legal leaves
• Periodically assess the efficiency of existing processes, proposing improvements and time optimization
• Supervise audits of occupational exams and medical records, ensuring correct completion of clinical forms and the issuance of all ASO(s) (Occupational Health Certificates)
• Provide and ensure continuous training and guidance for current and new health professionals

Requirements

• Nursing degree and postgraduate specialization in Occupational Health Nursing (required)
• Active COREN registration
• Intermediate MS Office skills
• Proven experience in team leadership
• Required knowledge of the SOC system
• English/Spanish will be considered an advantage
