• Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
• Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
• Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst.
• Strong data analysis skills with proven experience in SQL and familiarity with APIs.
• Experience producing clear, structured, and reliable documentation and requirements. Knowledge of business process modeling is an advantage.
• Proactive and curious mindset with the ability to build business relationships and take initiative when required.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify key issues, remain result-oriented, and persevere to achieve objectives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and bridge communication between teams in the Netherlands and Hungary.
• Support the Product Team in maximizing product value by ensuring solutions are developed according to validated requirements, driving user adoption, and enabling business change.
• Develop a strong understanding of the business domain and collaborate closely with subject matter experts.
• Maintain continuity of deployed products by supporting incident management, technical configurations, and standby support activities.
• Perform integration testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Analyze and document current business processes, identify improvement opportunities, design future-state processes, and support business process changes.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into product features, and support the Product Owner in feature prioritization.
• Manage stakeholder communication to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
• Proactively investigate and resolve data-related issues, including application integrations, to support ongoing operations.
