Business Analyst

We are representing a prominent global investment and private bank seeking a sharp, driven Transformation Business Analyst to join their strategic change team in Poland. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution, working closely with senior business stakeholders to conceptualize next-generation solutions and target operating models.

You will be deeply involved in end-to-end Change & Implementation activities, ensuring large‑scale, cross-border transformation projects are embedded seamlessly while driving pace, quality, and maximum benefit realization.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Analysis: Drive the end-to-end requirements management process—identifying, defining, and solving complex problems using systemic thinking and structured design techniques.
• Target Operating Model (TOM) Design: Analyze business drivers and competitive strategies to design future‑state operating models, mapping out business impacts and executing robust mitigation plans.
• Complex Stakeholder Management: Articulate and translate highly complex technical and financial information into clear, meaningful, and structured messaging tailored to diverse global audiences.
• Change & Implementation: Partner with program management to conduct comprehensive impact assessments and design implementation activities that ensure seamless business adoption.
• Risk Mitigation: Proactively anticipate project issues, dependencies, and risks, raising constructive challenges and executing quick mitigation strategies to maintain momentum.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Financial Services Expertise: Solid understanding of the banking/financial services industry, wealth management, or global shared services organizations.
• Advanced Business Analysis: Proven experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and design on complex, multi‑region or cross‑country transformation projects.
• Methodology Versatility: Hands‑on experience working across both Waterfall and Agile / Scrum project delivery frameworks.
• Tooling Proficiency: Deep familiarity with modern project and collaboration tools, specifically Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, and advanced MS Office.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical problem‑solving capabilities, structured communication, and a strong capability to operate under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred / Nice‑to‑Have

• Direct experience or knowledge of Avaloq banking platforms.
• Experience specifically within Global Private Banking (GPB) environments.
