Job Description
Wagenborg Crew Management seeks a Chief Engineer to join our Shipping Fleet. In this role, you will oversee the engineering operations of our General Cargo vessels, ensuring safe and efficient operation of the vessel's machinery and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the engineering team onboard General Cargo vessels
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations
- Oversee maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment
- Monitor and optimize fuel consumption and engine performance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

- Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards
- Experience with general cargo trade
- Experience with mixed Nationality crew
- Preferred experience as a Single Engineer
