Job Description

Responsibilities Analyze and document business needs across academic, financial, human resources and administrative domains Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and support stakeholder engagement Review and optimize business processes, capabilities and rules Produce functional documentation and process models aligned with best practices Support planning, execution and monitoring of digital transformation initiatives Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams including IT, finance, HR and academic stakeholders Contribute to implementation support for student information systems (SIS) and ERP solutions Support system configuration, validation and user acceptance testing activities Track risks, issues, timelines and project dependencies Produce progress reports and support governance documentation and reporting Facilitate change adoption, communication and knowledge transfer to internal teams Ensure alignment and coordination between interconnected systems and project components What You Bring To The Table 5+ years of relevant experience Experience with SIS and/or ERP implementation projects Experience in business process reengineering Experience documenting business rules and functional requirements Experience in functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Knowledge of BPMN and process modeling Knowledge of BABOK and requirements management methodologies Experience with change management practices Strong skills in functional analysis Experience in post-secondary, public sector, or large-scale environments considered an asset Excellent French language skills and good English language skills, both oral and written AI Disclosure We do not use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to screen, assess, or select applicants at any stage of our recruitment process.
