Salary Salary range: CAD $38.88 – $55.89 per hour. Job Summary The Health Informatics – Clinical Ancillary Services portfolio seeks a permanent, full‑time Senior Business Analyst to support a diverse and technically complex portfolio across Pharmacy, Laboratory, Renal, Medicine, Health Information Management, and Forensic Nursing Services within Fraser Health. The role requires strong analytical, problem‑solving, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills, as well as technical knowledge of servers, databases, system integrations, network infrastructure, and security.

Key Responsibilities Support a portfolio of specialized digital clinical solutions across multiple service lines. Lead project implementation, operational system support, and development of business and technical documentation. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by leading meetings with clinical stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors, translating clinical needs into actionable technical solutions.

Act as a liaison between clinical and technical domains, converting complex clinical workflows into clear technical requirements and system design specifications. Conduct workflow, gap, and impact analyses to support system enhancements, upgrades, and integration initiatives. Develop deliverables such as process maps, technical specifications, data mapping documentation, interface requirements, and test plans.

Support system configuration, testing (UAT), release coordination, and production readiness for new features and system upgrades. Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis for production issues across integrated clinical systems, coordinating with infrastructure, application, and vendor teams. Translate business and clinical needs into application requirements and leverage project management methodologies and the systems development life cycle.

Drive improvements in operational support, system reliability, and sustainment of clinical systems within the portfolio. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Health Information Systems Management or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. 3–5 years of recent, related experience in a medium to large sized organization. Experience with health and corporate information systems.

Leadership demonstrated through clear, caring, and courageous practices. Strong knowledge of health and corporate information systems, systems analysis, design, and development life cycle. Ability to analyze business processes, develop innovative system/computing technology solutions, and communicate effectively.

Strong analytical reasoning and problem‑solving skills, with organization and prioritization abilities. Capacity to work independently and as part of a team, and to handle physical duties required by the position.
