Office Engineer / Field Engineer (Hiring Immediately)

Office Engineer / Field Engineer As our Office Engineer / Field Engineer for our Construction Management team in the Bay Area , you'll support heavy civil and public works projects, including wastewater treatment plants, recycled water facilities, pipelines, and pump stations in the North Bay Area (Marin County, Sonoma County, and Napa County) . What You'll Do Field Support & Construction Observation: Observe construction activities and support field operations on active heavy civil projects. Project Documentation & Administration: Prepare and process RFIs, submittals, change orders, progress payments, and other project communications.

Technical Support & Interpretation: Assist with interpretation of plans and specifications to support field and office construction decisions. Project Records & Compliance: Maintain project files, as-built documentation, schedules, and support prevailing wage and labor compliance tracking. Coordination & Communication: Facilitate communication between clients, contractors, and design teams to ensure project alignment and progress.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline. Ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications. Strong understanding of the construction process and field operations with computer literacy.

Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to work on active construction sites, including uneven terrain, ladders, confined spaces, and varying weather conditions. Engineer in Training (EIT) certification, preferred.

Prior experience in civil infrastructure or public works construction, a plus.
