NIGHT DEPARTMENT MANAGER 1

Location: Primark Fosse Park Salary: £37,817 (with 31 days annual leave & pension) Contract: Full-Time Fixed Term Contract, 5 days out of 7 Contract End Date: 24/07/2027 Our Night Manager roles have an additional allowance of £21.50 per shift. What You’ll Do Collaborate with the rest of the management team to support the daily running of the store. Responsible for at least one department within the store, including stock ordering and merchandising.

Lead a team of managers to maximise sales by establishing goals and objectives. Provide a superior level of customer service. In the absence of senior management, you will oversee the store for the shift. What You’ll Bring Experienced manager with proven leadership skills. Ability to view situations from a commercial perspective resulting in more innovative thinking.
