About the Onsite Manager role As the Onsite Manager, you will run day-to-day operations at a customer site and be the dedicated support for the customer. You will attend management meetings, support customer‑specific projects, assess stock levels, provide technical support, identify parts, answer queries, prepare quotes and process orders on the customer CMS/ERP systems and our own. Reporting is a key element.
You will keep on top of your numbers and maintain KPI's across OTIF, stock checks and slow‑moving items. Asset optimisation is also key; you will assist with the management of all on‑site assets. Qualifications Experience within the MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) industry is essential.
Similar cross‑over industries will be considered. Experience working in stores management procurement would be ideal but is not essential. Ability to communicate effectively with individuals across various levels within the organisation; the role requires direct collaboration with the customer engineering team.
Full driving licence is preferable. Customer‑focused and driven to provide consistently high levels of service. Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office.
