Office Manager (Hiring Immediately)

Office Manager - LTL Transportation Adecco is partnering with a client in the transportation and logistics industry to hire an experienced Office Manager. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with LTL transportation experience who enjoys leading teams, solving problems, and ensuring exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily office and customer service operations.

Lead and support a team of 5-7 customer service representatives. Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding shipment status, pickups, deliveries, and service concerns. Coordinate with dispatch, drivers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain service levels.

Handle customer escalations, freight claims, and OS&D issues. Maintain transportation documentation and assist with billing inquiries. Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications Experience in office management, customer service, logistics, or transportation. LTL transportation experience required. Prior leadership or supervisory experience.

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and transportation management systems.
