Role: Senior Inside Sales Representative (Individual Contributor) Location- Bangalore (Work From Office) Job Description β :Calling the leads provided in the CRM and understanding their requirements of career up-skilling and pitch the right course as per their needs β .Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives β .Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with existing customers β .Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline β .Should be maintaining all customer interactions in the CRM β .Should have decent exposure working with any CRM like Salesforce, Zoho, etc β .Managing all pre-sales to post-sales support activities for the assigned leads β .Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects β .Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives β .To understand customer requirements in the geography assigned and future product portfolio improvement based on past customer feedback. Growth Trajectory at Intellipaat β One can expect an organic growth to become Team Lead within six months basis on the performance β .Avail Medical Insurance of 1 LPA(Medical and Accidental Insurance) applicable post three months of tenure in the organization β Uncapped Incentives Slab. Skills Preferred: β ed:Excellent spoken and verbal skills β Ability to plan and execute β Ability to persuade and negotiation β Ability to work under stress β Ability to work in a team β Fast-learner, keen on details, and self-motivated. β Candidates should have at least 12 months of sales experience (only Edtech background to be considered and early joiners will be preferred).
