Position Title: Senior Manager - Marketing & Communication (India) Job Requirements & Skills: Role Overview: The Senior Manager Marketing & Communication will lead the brand’s marketing vision, overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive strategies, and plans that elevate brand presence and reinforce long-term positioning. This role requires a highly strategic leader with a deep understanding of the ultra luxury ecosystem, capable of driving high-impact initiatives, shaping brand perception, and ensuring consistency across all communication touchpoints. A key focus of the role will be guiding compelling visual and graphic content creation in collaboration with internal teams, strengthening agency partnerships, and steering social media strategy to effectively engage UHNI communities and the global cultural, design, art, and luxury audience.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing and communication strategies aligned with long-term brand objectives. Strengthen and position the brand through powerful storytelling across digital, print, events, and collaborative platforms, ensuring every initiative is insight-driven and executed with precision. Oversee the complete content creation pipeline from brief to delivery, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, timelines, and luxury standards.

Plan, manage, and execute high-profile events, exhibitions, partnerships, and brand experiences that enhance visibility and drive meaningful community engagement. Build and nurture strong relationships with agencies, media entities, creative collaborators, and key external stakeholders. Provide strategic direction for social media and digital communication to connect with global luxury, art, design, and cultural communities while engaging UHNI audiences effectively.

Job Skills: In-depth understanding of luxury marketing, PR, brand positioning, and storytelling at a global and domestic level. Strong ability to communicate and present the brand effectively across print, digital, experiential, and partnership-led platforms. Expertise in content creation, campaign planning, luxury events, collaborations, exhibitions, and experience-driven marketing initiatives.

Creative, analytical, and strategic mindset with the ability to conceptualize and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns. Strong awareness of the global ultra-luxury landscape, with an understanding of India’s art, design, architecture, and UHNI ecosystems. Personal Attributes: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and the poise to build relationships across all levels.

Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple high-priority projects with efficiency and composure. Strong ownership mentality, self-driven approach, and ability to work independently while leading and inspiring teams. Reports to: Founder & Global Brand Director Major Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy Plan and execute comprehensive marketing and communication strategies aligned with the brand’s positioning to attract and engage global target communities, especially UHNIs. Plan, curate, and execute immersive experiences and storytelling-led initiatives that foster emotional connection with the brand. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure consistent brand identity, tone, and messaging across all platforms, ensuring seamless execution from concept to delivery.

Prepare monthly detailed reports and manage marketing and communication calendars for planned activities. Marketing Campaigns & Collaborations (Online & Offline) Plan, execute, and monitor campaigns across digital, print, and experiential channels tailored to global audiences in the art and design space. Leverage digital and social platforms (website, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to engage with clients and communities as part of the broader client engagement strategy.

Analyze campaign performance and refine strategies to optimize results and ensure strong ROI across offline and online initiatives. Brand Representation Ensure complete alignment of all communication efforts with the brand’s core values, vision, and mission. Maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all touchpoints.

Represent the brand at national and international events, previews, design shows, launches, exhibitions, and media engagements. Content Creation & Digital Strategy Contribute to ideation and creation of high-quality content that authentically represents the brand’s ethos and values, in coordination with internal teams and external agencies. Write and design compelling content for the website, social media, blogs, articles, videos, stories, press releases, and more.

Develop and implement innovative digital strategies to grow and engage the online community. Ensure all marketing and PR materials are localized and culturally relevant to audiences worldwide, with a strong focus on Dubai and the Middle East. Public Relations & Media Outreach Build and nurture relationships with national and international media outlets, journalists, galleries, and publications to secure high-impact feature coverage.

Develop press releases, media kits, advisories, and editorial content to strengthen the brand’s visibility. Serve as a communication liaison and represent the brand’s narrative when needed. Event Management Plan and implement end-to-end marketing strategies for events across India and international locations.

Lead marketing and PR initiatives for art and design shows, private previews, product launches, exhibitions, press conferences, and media events. Manage logistics, budgets, vendor coordination, and timelines to ensure smooth global event execution. Evaluate event outcomes and incorporate insights for continuous enhancement.

Agency Management Coordinate with marketing, creative and PR agencies to execute objectives outlined in the master communications rollout plan. Monitor and assess agency performance, offering feedback for continuous improvement. Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of all agency-led initiatives.

Education: Postgraduate in Luxury Brand Management/Marketing or MBA in Marketing & Communication from a Top B school. Experience: 7+ Years in the Ultra-luxury Industry like High-end Furniture, Objects, Art, Interior Design companies/ Architects & Interior Designers / Ultra-luxury Brands. Job Location: Jaipur (Open to extensive traveling across India when required in line with the Marketing Plan) Career Progression: Career progression for a Senior Manager- Marketing & Communication typically involves a series of roles with increasing responsibility, leadership, and specialization.
