Responsibilities Collect expectations and requirements of the customer Write user stories and acceptance criteria utilizing Behavioral Driven Development Manage best practice and ensuring these practices are used Understands the effects of technology used within the development, and the impact on the business client Produce quality deliverables and meet deadlines Customer' expectations management UI/UX designs reviewing Specifications (user stories) creation and reviewing Business requirements gathering through capturing of user stories, prototyping etc. Analysis of as-is business processes, identifying gaps and areas for improvement Design to-be business processes, perform impact & feasibility analysis of the requirements Regular status reporting Domain & Techno-Functional Skills Proven BA experience supporting trading platforms, with deep knowledge of OMS/EMS architecture, FIX protocol, market/client connectivity, and TCA/best execution analysis Strong understanding of the end-to-end trade lifecycle: order creation, execution events, clearing, settlement, corporate actions, rebalancing, market rehearsals, and connectivity testing/certification Strong command of front-office trading data domains, including data attributes, lineage, quality controls, inter-system dependencies, and interactions between trading, market, and reference data Hands‑on experience designing and implementing trading workflows across cash equities, listed & OTC derivatives, and FX Experience with money market instruments (e.G., REPO, stock borrowing and lending) is a plus Deep understanding of synthetics and swap products (TRS, FX Swaps, IRS) and associated implementations, including inter-account booking and internal cross scenarios Ability to decompose complex trade structures into executable flows spanning order capture, routing, execution, fills, allocations, ticketing, financing, internalization, and risk/house bookings Behavioral & Interpersonal Skills Excellent communication skills; ability to partner effectively with traders, operations, and business & technology stakeholders Strong documentation skills —able to translate high-level business requirements into well-structured BRDs and test plans covering scope, assumptions, exclusions, business rules, and edge scenarios Technical fluency in SQL and stored procedures; ability to read Python code is an advantage Highly organized with strong ability to manage priorities, track dependencies, and maintain clarity across deliverables Results‑driven with a focus on timely execution and proactive resolution of blockers #J-18808-Ljbffr
