WELL’s platform provides digital electronic medical records, practice management software, telehealth platforms, billing and revenue cycle management solutions, patient engagement technologies, and other tools to enhance care delivery and patient experience. Position Summary Clinic Manager provides leadership to the administrative and clerical support team and supports physicians and other health care professionals. The role leads the medical office assistant team with positive energy, training, and encouragement, and supports projects such as appointment, scheduling, and billing system enhancements.

The Clinic Manager works closely with the assistant manager, MOA lead, and senior vice president. Salary $65,000 – $68,000 (Full time, Manitoba Clinic) What You Will Be Doing Ensure the clinic provides courteous and effective direct patient care and support team while efficiently using staff, space, and supplies. Schedule and manage the use of the clinic budget to minimize expenses and maximize revenue.

Schedule and manage 43 staff and ensure appropriate coverage. Conduct new staff hiring and orientation, including letters, appointment confirmations, and EMR set‑up. Review patient care procedures and conduct procedural audits of MOA to ensure compliance.

Track and complete tasks assigned by physicians using software, written notes, and verbal communication to balance the load among the MOA team. Act as the first point of contact for patient and MD concerns and forms. Ensure all WELL training and certifications for staff are completed and current.

Monitor MOA performance and conduct regular assessments. Approve supply orders up to $2,500 (clinic budget is $50,000 per month). Match invoices to supply purchases and coordinate with vendors for medical equipment repairs.

Prepare reports for medical professionals and the clinic, such as production reviews, patient visit analysis, no‑show reviews, and staffing schedules to match physicians. Review billing and insurance documentation weekly to keep clinic revenue on track. Maintain a minimum standard of two business days for appointment confirmations.

Delegate and train the transport of tissue and fluid laboratory analysis samples. Collaborate with the purchasing coordinator to ensure monthly ordering of supplies and inventory maintenance. Oversee and document administrative processes including billing, insurance documentation, and other tasks as required.

Provide hands‑on staff training and maintain an in‑person presence in the clinic daily. Create and train staff on new policies and procedures. Lead critical incident reporting and event response when on site.

Transition paper records to digital formats through data entry and patient record updates. Maintain a positive and efficient work environment and cover various desks and pods as needed. Act as Accuro site administrator to create new accounts for staff and new providers, and update the system to meet physician requirements.

Manage templates, forms, and schedules in Accuro according to MOA specifications. You Have Emotional intelligence and awareness of others’ perceptions. Logical and reasoned decision‑making to evaluate alternative solutions.

The ability to bring others together. Integrity, honesty, and a willingness to take initiative. Experience using Accuro EMR.
