The Manager is responsible and accountable for day-to-day Front of House (FOH) operations as well as FOH training.

The Manager is responsible for management floor coverage, coordinating side‑by‑side and orientations, reservations, and operational and administrative duties as required, inclusive of Gordon Foods (GFS) ordering and dry goods inventory management.
