Hiring Fashion Designer : Babli.In Ahmedabad (Khokhra) Full-Time | Work From Office Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM ⚡ Immediate Joiners Preferred Babli is a growing D2C women's fashion brand focused on comfortable everyday wear made primarily from cotton, handloom cotton, and yarn-dyed fabrics. We are looking for a Fashion Designer who can contribute to trend research, fabric selection, sampling, garment development, fit corrections, embroidery development, print development, and collection creation for women's western and fusion wear. Key Responsibilities - Trend research and collection development - Fabric selection and sourcing - Sampling, fitting, and garment development - Print, embroidery, and surface development - Coordination with masters, artisans, karigars, and vendors - Technical sketches, tech packs, and specification sheets - Product styling, photoshoots, and collection launches - Working closely with production teams to ensure commercial viability Preferred Experience - Women's western and fusion wear - Garment construction and product development - Fabric sourcing and textile knowledge - Embroidery and surface development - Sampling and fit corrections - Experience working with artisans and production teams Portfolio submission is mandatory.
