Financial Reporting Analyst

Job Title: Senior Accountant (US/Canada) Shift: Night Shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST) Work Mode: 100% Onsite Location: Vastrapur, Ahmedabad Must have : 3+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience supporting US and/or Canadian clients. Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accountant with hands-on experience in bookkeeping and accounting for US and Canadian clients. The ideal candidate should be proficient in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and/or Xero and capable of managing day-to-day accounting functions independently.

Key Responsibilities Perform daily bookkeeping and accounting activities. Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.

Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes. Generate financial reports, including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.

Support payroll processing and tax-related activities. Ensure accurate recordkeeping and compliance with accounting standards. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 3+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience supporting US and/or Canadian clients.

Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) and/or Xero. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and excellent communication skills.

Preferred: Experience working with CPA firms, accounting firms, or outsourced accounting service providers.
