Job Description
Duties and responsibilities: Creative Leadership Lead and manage the Graphic Design team across ongoing projects and campaigns. Conceptualize and execute creatives for marketplaces such as Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc. Ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to brand guidelines across all creative outputs.
Understand stakeholder requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions. Mentor and guide team members while maintaining collaborative workflows. Create design checklists, SOPs, workflows, and project roadmaps for the team.
Graphic Design & Branding Design banners, social media creatives, website assets, marketing collaterals, presentations, catalogues, and print creatives. Develop logos, color palettes, typography systems, and brand identity assets. Edit and enhance images, website creatives, and digital content with strong aesthetic sensibility.
Create print-ready artworks as per national and international print standards. Motion Graphics & Video Create and edit motion graphics, reels, promotional videos, and multimedia content for digital and social platforms. Edit video and visual content for campaigns, advertisements, website, and brand communication.
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create engaging visual storytelling assets. Collaboration & Project Management Work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, E-commerce, and Content. Maintain project trackers, timelines, and status updates with transparency and accountability.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. Present creative ideas, concepts, and innovative solutions for new initiatives. Technical Skills (Proficiency in) Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Adobe InDesign Adobe Lightroom Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects / Motion Graphics Canva InShot HTML & CSS UI/UX Design Principles Desired Candidate Profile 4-7 years of relevant experience in Graphic Design, Branding, Motion Graphics, and Video Editing.
Strong portfolio showcasing digital, marketplace, branding, and motion/video projects. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Professional work ethic, ownership mindset, and calm attitude under pressure. Preferred: Graduate/Postgraduate in Design (B.Des/M.Des) from reputed institutes such as National Institute of Fashion Technology or equivalent.
