Job Description

Senior Manager – Internal Audit Internal Audit team seeks a highly motivated professional to support Bell’s independent assurance function, providing enterprise-wide risk oversight and assurance through business partnerships, audit techniques, and impactful reporting to senior leaders and the Audit Committee. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute audit and advisory engagements, focusing on business operations. Prepare concise audit reports and communicate key themes and risk implications to business leaders.

Promote a client‑centric culture to maintain IA’s reputation as trusted business advisors and independent assurance providers. Lead practical Responsible AI and automation initiatives to improve audit quality, reduce manual effort, and enhance efficiency. Use data analytics and technology‑enabled audit techniques to identify trends, exceptions, and emerging risks.

Conduct annual Audit Universe Risk Assessments to identify areas of highest risk for inclusion in the Annual Internal Audit Plan. Prepare consolidated reporting on key findings and action plans for Bell’s Executive Management and Audit Committee. Monitor and report on the status of audit findings and management action plans to support timely remediation.

Contribute to thought leadership and continuous improvement of internal audit methodology, processes, and systems. Technical Competencies 5+ years of progressive experience in internal audit, external audit, risk management, controls, compliance, or business advisory. Professional accounting, audit or risk designations such as CPA, CIA, CISA, CFE or CRMA required.

Strong knowledge of risk‑based auditing, governance, risk management, internal controls, and professional audit standards. Experience leading complex audit engagements and managing competing priorities. Knowledge of French required for positions in Quebec.
