We are seeking a Net Suite Delivery Manager with consulting experience and/or strong industry knowledge to manage strategic Net Suite implementations for high-growth companies across a variety of industries.
As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of complex, end-to-end, Net Suite ERP projects. Project Leadership & Delivery End-to-End Management: Drive full-lifecycle Net Suite implementations. Client Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor, maintaining a deep focus on long-term client success and satisfaction.
Serve as the face of the engagement by leading client and project communication. Project/Risk Management: Manage escalations, maintain RAID logs, and develop robust risk mitigation plans. Serve as the primary escalation point for the C-suite, proactively identify systemic project risks and lead complex negotiations.
Quality Assurance: Oversee delivery team activities, align all process and system configuration to project goals, and provide final sign-off on key deliverables to ensure high-quality outcomes. Project Governance: Lead Steering Committee meetings to maintain executive-level alignment. Set expectations, establish milestones, develop essential project management artifacts, and lead status meetings to keep stakeholders aligned.
Resource Management: Strategically align team resources to project tasks to ensure optimal utilization and timely delivery. Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, monitor burn rates, and execute change orders as needed to align with evolving project scopes. Strategic Consulting Business Alignment: Build a deep understanding of the client’s long-term goals and objectives and provide recommendations and solutions that help achieve those goals.
Ability to step back from the Net Suite application and see the big picture. Requirements Definition: Lead business process discovery sessions for enterprise clients, translating global business requirements into long-term technology roadmaps that extend beyond Net Suite. Process Design: Design and present /"to-be/" processes by applying industry leading practices and leveraging relatable prior experiences to drive operational efficiencies and automation across the business.
Cross-Functional Insight: Provide expert guidance on how system changes impact broader business functions. Client Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor, maintaining a deep focus on long-term client success and satisfaction. Team & Strategy Development Mentorship: Coach and mentor junior consultants to build technical proficiency and internal knowledge sharing.
Delivery Strategy: Support the evolution of delivery methodologies and strategic planning to improve implementation efficiency. Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance or related field 5+ years of professional consulting experience, with at least 2+ years specifically focused on Net Suite implementations. Demonstrated leadership in team and resource management.
Robust understanding of business process improvement and ERP strategy. Willingness to dive into the weeds on a project, by supporting team members and/or driving system/process development. Humility to expand efforts within an engagement and take on project responsibilities/ roles as needed to successfully get the job done.
Ability to drive the team to hit milestones, including addressing employee performance or issues that could arise during the engagement. Infinite curiosity with an ability to independently problem-solve and explore solutions/answers using available resources, AI tools, etc. Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
Understanding of key Project Management principles. Preferred Experience Supply Chain & Manufacturing Focus: Physical product flow and production lifecycle. Key Modules: Work Orders & Assemblies, WIP/Routing, Demand Planning, Advanced Inventory, and WMS.
Core Competency: Expertise in standard cost and variations, supply chain automation, and shop-floor integrations. Services & Construction (Project-Based Businesses) Focus: Resource-driven organizations and professional services. Large-scale builds, sub-contractor management, and job site accounting.
Key Modules: Project Management, Project Costing & Billing, Job Costing, Progress Billing and Resource Management Core Competency: Understanding complex project-to-cash workflows, billing processes, retainage, bonded projects, time/expense tracking, utilization reporting. Field Service Management (FSM) Focus: On-site service delivery, repairs, and mobile workforce optimization. Key Modules: Net Suite Field Service Management, Fixed Assets, and Inventory.
Core Competency: Mobile app deployment, scheduling/dispatch logic, and real-time parts consumption tracking. Software & Technology Focus: Subscription-based models and high-growth SaaS environments. Key Modules: Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), Suite Billing, and Contract Renewals.
Core Competency: Expertise in ASC 606 compliance, recurring revenue recognition, and automated billing cycles. Work Environment & Travel Remote-first position for U.S. or Canada-based candidates Ability to travel for client on-site needs Compensation & Perks Compensation will vary depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. United States: Base salary for this position ranges between USD $110,000-$200,000 Canada: Base salary for this position ranges between CAD $150,000-$270,000 Annual incentive compensation potential of up to 26%, paid in quarterly installments.
