Supply Chain - Senior Manager/Manager, Global Logistics, Inbound

Overview Senior Manager/Manager, Inbound, Global Logistics at Aritzia is responsible for managing the end‑to‑end movement of goods across all channels, including inbound freight, surface logistics, and retail and e‑commerce fulfillment. Responsibilities Lead the day‑to‑day operation of the inbound logistics department in partnership with Business Support and cross‑functional teams. Design an integrated logistics model that optimizes sea freight, shipping, and delivery.

Execute best‑in‑class sea‑freight set‑up, carrier selection, and rate negotiation. Deliver efficient, reliable, and cost‑effective movement of goods from origin to destination. Mitigate operational risks, minimize disruption, and ensure seamless customer logistics experience.

Manage departmental administration to maintain optimal day‑to‑day business performance. Qualifications Proven experience managing global ocean freight operations, carrier management, capacity planning, and origin execution across key trade lanes. Deep understanding of international shipping markets, INCOTERMS, ocean contracts, and customs regulations.

Proficiency in Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and global visibility platforms. Expertise in carrier negotiations, rate benchmarking, and service performance management. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.

Compensation Market‑leading compensation package with a base salary range of $100,000–$300,000 per year, plus potential bonus and equity. Total compensation may exceed this range. Benefits Product discount and exclusive private shopping events.
