Senior Dynamics 365 Engagement Manager We are seeking a dynamic and client‑centric Engagement Manager to lead the successful delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Customer Engagement (CE) implementations. You will own the end‑to‑end customer relationship, managing scope, ensuring solution delivery excellence, and aligning business value with client priorities. You will serve as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for key stakeholders, overseeing all aspects of project delivery and client satisfaction across ERP and CRM workstreams.

Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders. Lead executive and steering committee meetings. Understand client business objectives and align solutions to strategic priorities.

Manage stakeholder expectations and drive customer satisfaction. Engagement Leadership Oversee a portfolio of Dynamics 365 implementation and transformation programs from initiation through deployment. Ensure scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk objectives are achieved.

Coordinate activities across business, functional, technical, and project teams. Facilitate issue resolution and decision‑making processes. Solution & Delivery Governance Collaborate with Solution Architects and Delivery Leads to ensure successful solution execution.

Monitor project health, risks, dependencies, and resource requirements. Ensure adherence to delivery methodologies, governance standards, and best practices. Support change management and organizational adoption initiatives.

Business Development & Growth Identify opportunities for additional services and business value realization. Support account planning, prospect development, and proposal activities. Participate in discovery workshops, assessments, and executive presentations.

Contribute to revenue growth and client retention strategies. Financial & Contract Management Monitor engagement profitability, forecasts, and resource utilization. Manage contract compliance, scope management, and change requests.

Ensure achievement of financial and operational objectives. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in ERP/CRM delivery, including 5+ years leading D365 F&O and/or CE programs. Demonstrated success managing enterprise‑scale Dynamics 365 implementations ($1M+).

Strong understanding of financials, supply chain, sales, service, and/or customer experience domains. Exceptional client‑facing and executive communication skills. Deep knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, Power Platform, and related ISVs.

Program Management experience with multiple lane/department delivery. Experience in a consulting environment or a similar fast‑paced industry. An analytical mind and creative problem‑solving ability.

Knowledge of change and problem management, and the ability to anticipate risks. Ability to build relationships and foster trust with stakeholders, project teams and project leaders. Strong team‑oriented mindset with the proven ability to lead on complex IT projects.

Preferred Qualifications PMP Certification. Certified Scrum Master. Protected Certification.
