Senior Business Analyst – London Market Transformation Ready to shape underwriting transformation at scale? We’re partnering with a global insurer undergoing a major multi-year transformation, redefining how underwriting, policy administration, and data flow across the business. This is a senior, high-impact BA role sitting at the heart of delivery—working directly with underwriting, technology, and leadership to drive real change.

Responsibilities Lead requirements across complex, enterprise-level initiatives Bridge the gap between underwriting, IT, and data teams Drive process, data and system improvements across policy administration and downstream integrations Own high-quality deliverables (user stories, process/data flows, functional specs) Play a key role in UAT, solution shaping, and stakeholder alignment Qualifications 7 years BA experience within London Market / Lloyd’s insurance Strong exposure to underwriting / policy admin transformation Experience working closely with Dev, QA, and architecture teams Ability to challenge stakeholders and shape requirements (not just document them) Experience across Agile & Waterfall environments Policy administration systems experience essential (Guidewire highly desirable) Strong understanding of data flows / integrations Benefits High visibility role within a strategic transformation programme Opportunity to influence end-to-end delivery and business outcomes Collaborative, forward-thinking environment with strong investment in technology Genuine impact on how underwriting operates going forward Location: London (hybrid) #J-18808-Ljbffr
