Associate or Experienced Manufacturing Engineer Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba, Boeing Canada Operations Ltd. Reports to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager. Responsibilities Develop manufacturing concepts and strategies to support business objectives.
Develop, implement and maintain manufacturing plans, Bill of Materials, work instructions and illustrations to define and document as‑built configuration. Develop and implement production and tooling methodologies. Perform producibility assessments for part or product designs.
Provide producibility input to design manufacturing processes and technologies to meet cost and schedules. Develop integrated work statements and sequencing events to support delivery commitments. Conduct producibility and variation analyses to ensure manufacturing process capability meets requirements.
Coordinate and implement recent engineering principles, theories, advanced technologies and concepts. Validate and ensure production readiness of solutions to complex problems. Investigate and resolve manufacturing related issues of significant impact to performance, cost or schedule.
Draft, update and review processes and procedures to support business and regulatory agency requirements. Location & Work Arrangements This position is expected to be 100% onsite at the Winnipeg, Manitoba location. Qualifications Basic Qualifications (Required) 2+ years of experience in a related engineering or manufacturing environment.
Bachelor of Science degree or higher in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering. Eligibility to be registered as an Engineer in Training (E.I.T.) or a Professional Engineer (P.E.) with Engineers Geoscientists Manitoba (EGM). Legally able to work in Canada.
Does not pose a risk for safeguarding of controlled goods. Eligible to handle U.S. export‑controlled data. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a related engineering or manufacturing environment.
Experience in production planning. Composite/Aerospace manufacturing knowledge. Shift & Benefits Shift: 1st shift.
Benefits and pay are determined by Canada and are not on Boeing US-based payroll. Salary range: Associate (level 2) – $86,000 – $96,000 CAD; Experienced (level 3) – $102,000 – $112,000 CAD. Application Deadline Applications accepted until Jun. 24, 2026.
