Responsibilities As a One Touch & Process Automation Analyst, you will gain in‑depth exposure to end‑to‑end purchasing operations for beverage products while supporting the U.S. beverage market. The position includes: Developing and implementing automation solutions to improve purchasing processes and operational efficiency. Managing inventory records and maintaining purchasing and inventory reports to support business decisions.
Reviewing invoices and Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. Investigating and resolving delivery discrepancies by coordinating with carriers and Customer Care teams. Identifying opportunities for process improvement and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across purchasing operations.
Qualifications Experience in process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives. Fluent English (written and spoken). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages). Ability to learn and navigate multiple systems and platforms. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Proactive, curious, and self‑driven mindset. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Knowledge of programming languages or scripting tools is a plus, but not required.
