We're supporting a client in sourcing an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to provide end-to-end administrative support across a busy recruitment function on an initial 8-week fixed term contract . Pro-rata salary of 26,707 Hybrid to Edinburgh This is a fast-paced role focused on delivering a smooth and compliant recruitment and onboarding process for both permanent and casual hires. Key Responsibilities Provide end-to-end recruitment administration support across UK hiring activity Act as a key point of contact for hiring managers and candidates , ensuring clear and consistent communication Carry out right to work, reference, and compliance checks in line with UK regulations Support the onboarding process , ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and on time Experience required: Previous experience in a recruitment or HR coordination role Good understanding of UK right to work, visas, and compliance requirements (desirable) Awareness of GDPR and data handling best practice Strong IT skills across standard systems and tools Ability to work quickly, accurately, and flexibly in a high-volume environment Please submit your CV for consideration.
