Overview GARAGE is a brand focused on confidence and community across North America. This role offers the chance to impact customer experience and growth. Job Summary Reporting to the Store Manager, the Co‑Manager is responsible for: Leading a team to deliver an omni channel shopping experience.

Recruiting, training, coaching staff to meet sales and productivity targets. Maximizing store profitability by achieving and surpassing sales goals. Responsibilities Promote a positive omni channel shopping experience.

Build loyal client relationships. Recruit, train, and coach team members. Achieve and surpass sales and productivity targets.

Respond to changing business environment with flexible and innovative solutions. Build partnerships and prioritize collaboration. Use social media, mobile, and Microsoft Office skills to support operations.

Qualifications High school diploma; post‑secondary education in business or related discipline (asset). 2+ years management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment. Passion for fashion and customer‑oriented mindset. Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.

Ability to foster participation, creativity, and continuous learning. Demonstrated flexibility, innovation, urgency, and idea contribution. Excellent organizational, time‑management, and multitasking skills.
