Job Description

Pomerleau Construction seeks an experienced Cost Manager to oversee financial stewardship on projects exceeding $1.5 million. Drive budget oversight and enhance project success through effective analysis. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the financial control of major projects.

The Cost Manager will supervise a dedicated team, establish cost control methods, and collaborate closely with various teams. Your role will involve strategic and operational oversight that aligns with business objectives and enhances project management practices. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the cost control team on project tasks • Monitor and refine budgeting and cost processes • Analyze project performance metrics thoroughly • Support collaboration across various operational departments • Align budget management strategies with project timelines Requirements: • Degree in Management or Engineering field • Over 10 years of relevant experience, 5+ in management • Extensive knowledge of PMIS and Excel • Fluency in both English and French • Basic scheduling knowledge with Primavera P6 Utilize your expertise to safeguard project budgets and elevate excellence at Pomerleau Construction. #J-18808-Ljbffr
