Performance Analyst This is a great job for someone who loves turning data into meaningful insight and wants to influence how a leading roadside assistance business performs. You might be an experienced analyst, or ready for your next step in a role where your recommendations can make a real impact across operations. A bit about the job You’ll join Green Flag’s Performance Optimisation & Change team, helping us use data to improve how we support our customers when they need us most.
You’ll analyse operational performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and turn complex data into clear recommendations. Working with operational leaders and stakeholders across the business, you’ll help shape decisions that improve service, efficiency, and customer outcomes. You’ll be accountable for delivering accurate reporting, actionable insight, and performance analysis that supports business planning and continuous improvement.
Skills and experience we’re looking for Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and meaningful insight from data. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience producing reports and performance analysis. Ability to analyse and explain complex data in a simple, clear, and engaging way for different audiences.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build effective working relationships. Experience using reporting or data visualisation tools, such as Power BI or Tableau, would be beneficial.
