Job Description

Chief Engineer Superhost Hospitality – HGI Atlanta Airport North As the Chief Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance, engineering, and facility operations to ensure the hotel remains safe, functional, and well‑maintained for guests and team members. Key Responsibilities Conduct routine property maintenance tasks, including repairs and preventive maintenance. Perform inspections to identify and address issues related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems.

Handle basic carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs. Assist in the maintenance of landscaping and outdoor areas. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and guests.

Ensure the cleanliness and safety of public areas and facilities. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs. Requirements Previous experience in property maintenance or a related field.

Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems. Proficient in carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs. Ability to perform routine inspections and address maintenance issues promptly.

Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Additional Requirements Previous experience in a general management role within the hospitality industry is required. Availability for varying shifts, including weekends and holidays. Strong organizational and communication skills.
