Superb opportunity for a talented Fit out Site Manager Responsibilities Overseeing / managing fit out projects valued up to £4m. The Site manager will ensure Health, Safety and the Environment their first priority in all decisions and actions. Manage and deliver all construction activities in an efficient and cost effective manner that causes least disruption.

Demonstrate a positive 'can do' attitude at all times whilst understanding the impact of decisions on all aspects of the project. To report openly and honestly at all times, acknowledging problems, analysing and providing seeking solutions. To take responsibility and ownership for the entire project.

Qualifications The successful Site Manager must have experience gained on residential or commercial fit out. A stable record of employment The Site Manager will have a recognised construction qualification with all relevant site certifications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
