The commercial trajectory is just as strong: £2.5M ARR to £26M ARR in 4 years 2x'd revenue for three consecutive years; targeting £33M by year end Profitable by Q4 2026, never laid off a single member of staff and great reviews on Glassdoor and RepVue 160 people, all London-based, with a GTM function that's genuinely maturing AI and automation already embedded into the SDR stack via a dedicated GTM Engineer About the Role The Head of Outbound is currently running 15 SDRs solo — including five new starters — and needs a people-first manager alongside him fast. This is a hands-on role with a clear brief: stabilise the team, develop the people, and drive pipeline performance back to quota and beyond.

You'll report into the Head of Outbound, with direct visibility to the CRO.
