Job Description
Job Overview Google TV Experience Manager – drive sales growth, build retailer relationships, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in the home entertainment ecosystem. Work at a high‑impact level within retail and channel partners such as Best Buy, achieving ambitious sales targets and closing high‑stakes deals. Responsibilities Drive Sales Growth: Effectively promote Google TV products and related products within assigned retail locations to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Cultivate Retailer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers at leading retailers such as Best Buy. Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Ensure the “Best Experience” for retail partners and end‑consumers through expert product knowledge and outstanding service. Maximize Product Placement: Optimize product displays and in‑store presence to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
Provide Product Expertise: Serve as a trusted advisor, educating retailers and customers on the features and benefits of Google TV devices and the broader ecosystem. Execute Sales Strategies: Implement and adapt sales strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and achieve sales objectives. Report and Analyze Sales Data: Track sales performance, analyze trends, and provide regular reports to management, identifying areas for improvement.
Training and Advocacy: Provide comprehensive training to retail staff in Best Buy locations and other key retailers on the Google TV platform, ensuring they can effectively advocate for and pitch Google TV to consumer. Qualifications Proven Results: Consistently drive results and exceed sales targets in a fast‑paced retail environment. Influence Retail Leadership: Demonstrated ability to influence retail partners and build strong, lasting relationships with key decision‑makers.
Customer Focus: Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring high satisfaction levels. Situational Adaptability: Highly adaptable, demonstrating situational adaptability and adjusting sales strategies to meet evolving market conditions and retailer needs. Self‑Starter: Proactive and driven self‑starter who can work independently and manage time effectively.
Product Knowledge: Acquire and sustain a high level of product knowledge regarding Google TV devices and the broader ecosystem and effectively communicate it to retailers and customers. Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation for daily travel to multiple stores. Physical Requirements: Lift and move displays weighing 25 lbs. or more.
