Bid Manager

With an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality projects and services across multiple sectors, the company is continuing to invest in growth and is looking for a driven professional to lead its bid and tender flexible remote working, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Bid professional who enjoys managing complex submissions and contributing to business success in a collaborative environment. Your new role As Bid Manager, you will take ownership of the end-to-end bid process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compelling submissions that support the company's growth responsibilities will include: Managing the full bid lifecycle from opportunity identification through to submission.

Coordinating input from key stakeholders across the business. Writing, reviewing and editing persuasive bid content. Developing tender responses that clearly communicate value propositions and win themes.

Maintaining bid documentation, templates and processes. Managing bid timelines to ensure all submissions are completed on time and to a high standard. Conducting post-submission reviews and capturing lessons learned to improve future success rates.

What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will possess: Previous experience in a Bid Manager, Bid Writer or Proposal Manager position. Strong experience managing public and private sector tenders. Excellent written communication and document presentation skills.

Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage competing deadlines. Strong organisational and project management capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and bid management systems.
