Job Description
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development β’ Identify and qualify new B2B sales opportunities through outbound prospecting. β’ Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads. β’ Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for senior leadership. β’ Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. β’ Manage and update CRM with sales activities and customer interactions. β’ Follow up with prospects to move opportunities through the sales pipeline. Networking & Lead Generation β’ Represent the company in virtual networking events, including BNI meetings. β’ Build referral partnerships and generate business opportunities. β’ Research target industries and identify potential customers. β’ Develop relationships with marketing agencies, technology partners, and referral sources. Product Promotion β’ Promote the company's custom software development services. β’ Generate leads for the company's ERP solution designed for the metal service industry. β’ Understand customer business challenges and recommend suitable solutions. β’ Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
Client Relationship Management β’ Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process. β’ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding. β’ Maintain regular communication with prospects and clients. β’ Gather customer feedback and market insights. US Shift Salary - 20-22k (4hours)
