The Production Engineer will review customer drawings and models, create manufacturing routings, develop work instructions, and support production teams to deliver quality products efficiently. Working closely with Quality, Commercial and Production teams, the Production Engineer will be involved in new product introduction (NPI), process improvements, fixture and jig design, manufacturing documentation, and technical problem solving across fabrication and machining operations. This Production Engineer position offers the opportunity to influence manufacturing methods, support continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to future technology and equipment investments. The successful Production Engineer will be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where collaboration, innovation and engineering excellence are highly valued. Skills & Experience Previous experience as a Production Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer or similar. Strong fabrication engineering background preferred. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
