Agile Business Analyst

Agile Business Analyst £450p/d (Outside) 12 month contract - Edinburgh (Hybrid) We are seeking an experienced Agile Business Analyst to support a large-scale digital transformation programme. Key Responsibilities Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and define requirements. Facilitate workshops, user research sessions, and process mapping activities.

Produce high-quality documentation including user stories, epics, process maps, and as-is/to-be models. Define business value, benefits, and success metrics. Support Agile delivery teams, promoting Scrum and Agile best practices.

Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and change. Experience Demonstrable experience as an Agile Business Analyst delivering digital, software, or transformation projects. Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and requirements gathering skills.

Proven experience in process mapping, business impact analysis, and benefits realisation. Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and deliver at pace. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.

Experience supporting business change and adoption of new ways of working. Experience with UX and user research. Knowledge of service design and user-centred delivery approaches.
