Account Manager || Hybrid || Manchester || Up to £40,000 + Bonus Join a growing digital marketing business helping ambitious e-commerce brands scale across the fashion , beauty , cosmetics , and retail sectors. This role offers the chance to take ownership of Paid Social campaigns, work closely with creative teams, and make a real impact across a portfolio of exciting DTC brands. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy driving results, this could be the move! Key Responsibilities Take ownership of a portfolio of Paid Social accounts, driving growth and performance. Develop creative briefs and collaborate with designers on creative strategy.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and long-term success. Lead client onboarding, research, and account development initiatives. Deliver regular client communication and strategic performance updates.

Essential Experience Minimum 2 years' experience managing Paid Social campaigns. Experience running revenue focused Meta & Google campaigns. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Some understanding of creative strategy and creative performance optimisation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills within a fast-paced agency environment.
