Role Overview Rainbow Secure is seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Inside Sales to lead and scale our global inside sales function.
This role will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing pipeline growth, developing high-performing sales teams, and driving revenue across cybersecurity and identity security solutions. The ideal candidate has experience selling cybersecurity, IAM, SaaS, or enterprise technology solutions and possesses a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets while building scalable sales processes. Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership & Revenue Growth · Develop and execute Rainbow Secure's inside sales strategy aligned with annual revenue goals. · Drive pipeline generation for IAM, MFA, PAM, IGA, Compliance, and Security Awareness solutions. · Establish sales KPIs, forecasting processes, and performance metrics. · Lead demand generation initiatives in collaboration with marketing teams. · Build a predictable sales engine focused on customer acquisition and expansion.
Team Development (Optional) · Recruit, train, mentor, and manage high-performing Inside Sales Representatives and Business Development Representatives. · Create cybersecurity product training and sales enablement programs. · Conduct regular coaching sessions, pipeline reviews, and performance evaluations. · Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning. Sales Process Optimization · Optimize lead qualification, nurturing, and conversion workflows. · Improve sales playbooks, messaging, objection handling, and competitive positioning. · Leverage CRM platforms and analytics to improve sales effectiveness. · Implement best practices for enterprise cybersecurity sales cycles. Cross-Functional Collaboration · Work closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Technical Pre-Sales teams. · Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to influence product roadmap decisions. · Support channel partners and alliance programs to accelerate market reach. · Collaborate with compliance and security experts to develop customer-centric solutions.
Strategic Partnership Development • Build alliances with cybersecurity and cloud ecosystem partners. • Develop joint value propositions and GTM strategies. Partner Revenue Enablement • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue. • Execute account mapping and co-selling programs. Partner Enablement • Create onboarding and certification programs. • Develop partner sales playbooks and enablement assets.
Operational Excellence • Define and monitor partner KPIs. • Manage alliance reporting and forecasting.
