We’re now hiring Fulltime Growth/Sales Consultants to expand our impact Role & Responsibilities: Conduct 3-5 Zoom consultations per day with verified inbound leads , focusing on understanding working professionals needs and guiding them toward the right high-ticket fitness program.

Follow up, handle objections, and close leads. Maintain records and achieve monthly targets Build strong client rapport in a fast-paced, structured sales environment What We’re Looking For: 6 Months to 3 years of experience in sales (high-ticket preferred) (Must have) Fluent English and Hindi communication skills Presentable and self-driven Perks & Benefits: Fixed salary of ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 per month (final compensation will be determined based on prior experience, current salary, and interview performance) Sales incentive up to ₹1 lac per month No Cold Calling - No Lead Generation No rigid attendance culture - we focus on performance and outcomes, not clock-ins.
