Role Description The Sales Marketing Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Punnawale, Pune City. This role involves coordinating sales activities, supporting the sales team with lead tracking, follow-ups, and preparing proposals and presentations.

The coordinator will assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, organizing promotional events, and maintaining marketing collateral. Day-to-day tasks include drafting business communication, updating sales and marketing reports, managing project timelines for campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment between sales goals and marketing initiatives. The role also requires regular communication with prospective and existing customers to support relationship-building and brand visibility.

Qualifications Strong Communication and Writing skills to handle client interactions, emails, presentations, and marketing content. Sales skills with the ability to support lead generation, follow-up, and basic negotiation to assist the sales team. Event Planning and Project Management skills to coordinate promotional activities, campaigns, and related logistics.

Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic CRM or sales tracking systems. Good analytical skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate reports and monitoring campaign performance. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Relevant experience in sales coordination, marketing support, or a similar role is preferred. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is advantageous.
